Whats in my Birchbox ??? And a little Surprise

Hi Dolls,

So  got my First birch box in about a week ago and didn't post about it because i wanted to try the things out before letting you know what i thought.

Now i didn't take a picture of all the things in the box separate because i know I'm am probably the last person to write a post about my birch order. But there were some very nice things in the box and some that i didn't care for. 

So the things i actually loved in the box were three things!!! The first thing i desperately need for my color treated hair and that is Orofluido Beauty elixir Its a hair treatment with 3 oils in it but the smell of this hair oil is to die for !!!!! It is Vanilla amber scent and oh my does it just smell so delicious!!!Also i had only used it 2x this week but i think it makes my hair feel better and a little goes such a long way!!!!
Next thing would be the Jouer a luminizing moisture tint i love love love this for the days i don't wear any makeup u just put a little all over your face and it gives you a nice fresh glow and it helps hide any little imperfections!!! Now the 3rd thing i would have to say it was a tie between AHAVA essential day moisturizer and the color club nail polish in Peace out purple!!! The lotion has such a clean smell not to strong and moisturizes well without leaving a tacky feeling. The Nail polish well it goes on great and drys fairly quickly!

The things i didn't care for much was a perfume sample by Annick Goutal and not because it smells bad just because it is very strong even with only a little dab on i felt like i poured the whole bottle on me . The second thing was the tea forte' i am not huge fan of tea but i do drink a cup every once in a while well i can say i will never buy these teas they just didn't taste great to me i let them steep for about 3 minutes each and they were still bitter so i don't know if any of you have tried these and had a different experience please share!!! But all in all i am very happy with my very first birch box order and will continue on!!!

Now there is one more surprise for you guys there has been a little thing that has been keeping me pretty busy as of lately and her name is BELLA ! She is a gorgeous maltese yorkie mix and she is such a nice dog we have had her for about two weeks now and she has been pretty good a few accidents but not to bad she's only 10 weeks old now so i will start the training soon. But anyways heres a picture for you all to gush over .:) And yes she has a bow in already it says its best to teach her now to love them so i made a few for her and have been putting them in so she will love them when her hair is long.

Thinking of you

Hi dolls ,

So me and my hubby have decided to do The Love Dare. And for those of you who haven't heard of it , its a book where you do the things in the book for 40 days . They had a movie about it called FireProof. Anyways we are doing this just to kind of do it we are still very much in love with each other !!!! So Today is day 3 of the book and its Thinking of you and you have to basically pick something up or make something anything special that lets the other person know you are thinking of them.
I had a hard time most of the morning trying to figure out what i could get him . He really doesn't have a hobby or anything an we pretty much have all the newest gadgets out and he doesn't like buying movies so i thought and thought and searched and searched and of course the one thing i thought would be a nice thing they didn't have in any stores so i had to place my order . He'll get it a few days late :( but i found something. So anyways i pretended like I didn't get to get him anything because i want it to be a total surprise for him. It made me feel bad win he walked in with mine and i had nothing and had to pretend like i had nothing, :( But i eventually told him i did order him something but did not tell him what. Also i can not tell you guys as he is one of my readers!!! HI honey!!! :* As soon as i get it in i will edit this post to tell you guys.
So on to what he got me he is such a sweetheart and since he reads my blog , my last post was about makeup brushes so he went out and bought me like 18 more brushes to add to my hoarding collection of brushes. Then  bought me the new E.L.F spring palette that i wanted!!! And then last but not least he bought me this candle from target called give LOVE its a soy  candle and omg does this candle smell soooo good. The scent is fresh lilies and citrus , now i haven't actually burned the candle yet to see if its strong or not but i will let you know they way it smells now though it should fill the room with a nice aroma !!!
So to my wonderful husband i am always thinking of you !! You are my heart and soul and without you i would be lost!!! I love you always and forever!!! Happily ever After!!!!

Hi Dolls,

So today as i was sitting washing all my makeup brushes which i don't think is a lot (38). I got to thinking is there a such thing as too many brushes ??? I think not , But if you ask my husband he would say yes and why do you need those can't you use your finger  ??? Haha
But anyways i was washing away and was thinking how i wanted some more brushes because this one doesn't work as good as that one and i could really use another of this or that and then i had this thought...... AM I GOING TO BECOME SOME KIND OF MAKEUP BRUSH HOARDER??? AHHHHHHH
 In my mind you can never have to many brushes especially if you are like me and use 3-5 different colors . So i was just wondering your guys opinions on this . Also i want to apologize for my lack of actual makeup pictures i am letting my eyebrows grow back in and i just can't stand how they look right now haha. But i will be posting pics again soon i swear they are almost able to be filled in to where it doesn't look nasty. :)
Onto other things i ordered some more makeup the other day from E.L.F i got these Matte Lipsticks and let me just say their natural and nudes are sooo GREAT!!! I always have a hard time finding a nude to cover my lips because my lips are extra dark or something and i usually have to put a little concealer on my lips ,  But with these ones i don't have to and they go on so smooth!!!! Also if you like E.L.F's eyeshadow Palettes they have a new one out for spring and it has some nice colors in it. It will be in my next order of course!!!! If you guys are wondering since i did just start blogging about makeup  i don't want to go out and spend lots of money on makeup yet so i will build my collection with the cheaper stuff first and gradually add in a few more expensive items!!! I can't wait to order some urban decay palettes everybody raves on YouTube and blogs that i read about and i have to get my hands on one to see if they are just as good as they say! But i just can't see spending 50 dollars on one palette when i can get 5 E.L.F 100 shadow palettes for the same price. Well OK i goes that's enough rambling for today!!! Hope to hear from you guys about your makeup brush thoughts!!!! :)

Mondays Mature look

Hi Dolls,



So yesterday i did make-up on a women who is in her late 40's and it was very different then doing make-up on myself. I know how the makeup sits on my face and when you do someone else's make-up you never know if it will sit the same are not. But for the most part it worked out really well i think. Anyways it was so much fun she is not a person who wears a lot of makeup and she doesn't even wear lashes. Ahhhh lashes are a girls best friend!!!! But she liked how they looked so much that i think she will be wearing them a lot more . I pulled out my bottom lash protector thing so the mascara doesn't get on your skin when you put it on your lower lashes and she could not stop laughing her eyes were watering it was the funniest thing she said she didn't know how the models do this  haha. Anyways here's the look. Its not great quality it was taken on a cell phone i forgot my camera. :(

Well that was my Monday and my Tuesday was not so eventful i had to go get a few things for kids about me picture projects and few things for the house. now we are going through pictures and figuring what is going to go on there poster boards. Hope you all are having a great day!!

PLAYING MAKEUP (picture Heavy)

Hi Dolls,

So today my daughter wanted to try and play with the makeup after she watched some YouTube videos of little girls doing monster high makeup. Which i think right now is every little girls favorite doll!!So i pulled out some Halloween makeup and let her have a go at it now i think she did really well she doesn't get to put makeup on like that. I mean she has a few kid sets but this was all Mommy's makeup which made it super fun for her. I see a future makeup artist when she does her makeup lol she took her time and tried very hard to get everything even and just right. The only thing she asked me for help with was showing her how to line the top of her eye i did one side she did the other. So now i am typing this up and she is attempting to do another monster high doll makeup lol and she's just having a blast!

So i think for her first all over makeup application i think she has did really well. For a 7 year old!!
Also Hubby is out of town this week so i will have a few more post then normal. I like to keep myself busy when he is gone so time goes by quicker. One look i may have for you guys this week is a look for mature women not quite sure yet but hopefully tomorrow or Tuesday.
Well she is finishing up her second look so i need to clean my gazillion brushes she used haha. Hope you all have a nice day.

BLUE SKYS

I Hi Dolls,

Well i truly miss summer around here i miss the sun shining the blue skies and the kids playing outside. So in honor of the sooo absent blue skies i did a makeup look to put a little blue in my life :) Also can i just say my new mirror is so GREAT!!!!

this look was done with all blues and whites and a little black liquid liner.

I have to say i love E.L.F's False Lashes and for only a $1 its a steal!!!

E.L.F duo eyeshadow sorry don't know what color they no longer have it on the website and E.L.F light blue from the 144 palette,  a little midnight blue liner from E.L.F on the waterline and A Little NYX Electric blue right under that, a little NYX Blush in Peach and NYX lipstick in pink lyric. :)

So far i have tried all the lipsticks i have got with the past week and have to say i actually like the all!! I have also tried the blushes which i also love!! I have also tried all the eyeshadow and for the most part i like them all a little less then others as they are not as well pigmented. My next post will probably be a swatch of all the eyeliners i got. :) Hope you all have a great day !!
